Most of the crew also spent the night on the Sub and Cutter!

We activated the famous Lighthouse "Big Red" on a beautiful day!
Many Hams collect On Air Lighthouses {ARLHS} and they were waiting for us.

The MDXA and ARGYL activated these great lighthouses.

I will never forget that when the "Staccato" sound of our CW came through the speakers
an old Navy Vet came up to us and said "Man that CW is music to my ears"
He was a WWII Navy Radio Op and it brought back many memories to him.
